All registrations and payments are done at the campwise website linked at the bottom of the page. When registering your student, it will ask for a “GHR” code. Make sure to enter this code when registering. GGEISHPNC You will also be asked to enter your current church, please select Ishpeming – NORTHIRON Church even if you don’t currently attend that campus. Make sure you do both of these when registering your student. This will assure that your student is associated with NORTHIRON MPact Girls Ministry and confirm they are rooming with our church.

RETURNING CAMPERS [REGISTERED SINCE 2017]:

  • Enter the username and password used in previous years.
  • If you don’t recall your username contact us—and we can provide information or reset for you.
  • If you don’t recall your Password click the online password request.
  • Carefully review the camper’s information fields and medical records.
  • You will have to sign a new set of liability/permissions forms for 2025.
  • To register for camp, you will need to use the group hold ID provided from your church. If you don’t enter the code, you Will not see GGE as a camp to select.

FIRST- TIME REGISTRATIONS:

GATHER INFORMATION

  • Must have an active email address.
  • Have medical info handy—insurance, doctor name/phone, names/dosages of prescription medications.
  • Have a credit card available.

START THE PROCESS

  • Link to online registration through websites on this page – set up a username and password and record it for future use.
  • Every church is using a group hold. Enter that info first. If you do not know the GHR ID, contact your GGE coordinator. You will not be able to register without one.
  • The website prompts for information—to advance from page to page click on save/next on the very bottom bar of the page.
  • If you have been clicking save/next at the bottom of the page, all info is saved even if you accidentally close the site or have not made a payment; however, until payment is made space is not held for the camper. See enrolled or registered below.

DASHBOARD

  • To return to camper record, go back to website camp reg link.
  • Enter username/password in
    “already applied? “Login here” square.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click the online request link. A temporary password will be sent to the email you provided.
  • If you don’t remember your username or if you have a new email, contact the office—see info below.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Full or partial payment in any amount is accepted as long as it meets the $25 non-refundable nontransferable minimum.
  • You may return to make further payments at any time.
  • If you are eligible for a scholarship from your church, check with your group camp coordinator for further instructions.
  • Balances must be paid in full prior to the monday of your week of camp. Balance must be paid in full by early bird deadline to receive early bird discount (one month prior to camp).

RETURNING TO THE CAMPER RECORD - FORGOTTEN USERNAME/PASSWORD

  • After you set up an account and complete initial information, your dashboard summarizes all camp activity.
  • Future log-in to your account always brings you to your dashboard first.
  • From there you can verify that all forms are complete, enter another camper, make a payment, or update information.
  • If you see any message in red on the dashboard that means required information is missing for your camper.

Drop off at your NORTHIRON Campus at 7:30 AM on Friday June 19th. Pick up on Sunday the 21st estimated between 6:00-7:00 PM.


A few things to note: Please arrive ON TIME. We are time sensitive since the camps swim test is first thing and only open for a short time. If late, you will be responsible for driving your student to
Spencer Lake in Waupaca, WI.

Please use a sharpie and masking tape when labeling all your student’s luggage and possessions; add your student’s full name along with NORTHIRON Church.

Medications should be handed over to a volunteer at the check in desk. ALL medications MUST be in original prescription bottles. No over the counter medications may be brought to camp. The nurse will have these items for your student if in need. Students are to keep their own rescue inhalers while at camp. Your students safety is
our number one concern.

LIST: 

  • Sleeping bag or blankets, pillow (and a twin fitted sheet is recommended)
  • Good shoes for lots of activity
  • Flashlight
  • Swimsuit, towel and a cover-up for walking around
  • Toiletry items and showering towel/washcloth
  • Rain poncho/umbrella
  • 3 days worth of outfits
  • Warm clothes (jeans/sweatshirt)
  • A “nicer” outfit for the celebration service
  • Sunscreen and bug spray (optional we do have this to share)
  • Crowns (for new and former honor stars), medals and cords
  • All medication in original prescription bottles
  • Spending money (optional)
  • Lunch money for at the Appleton mall on the way there and back

NORTHIRON Church phone / electronic policy while at kid’s camp is as follows: Your student can bring their phone and electronics for the bus ride to and from camp. Cabin Leaders will then collect their electronics once we arrive at camp. They will be returned to them for the ride home on Sunday. It is possible they will not be charged before we leave, so please remember to use portable chargers if needed. Your student WILL NOT have the option to use a leaders phone. GGE offers students the opportunity to disconnect from distractions by being in a new environment, allowing them to grow in their relationship with God. We have found phones and electronics hold students back and cause more distractions and create more home sickness. One of the many benefits of GGE is a phone free time. Please help our staff and cabin leaders by preparing your student beforehand.

NORTHIRON Church offers a limited amount of partial scholarships. Please note that all scholarships are meant to assist in crisis, emergency and financial difficulties. It is a privilege to receive a scholarship—not all requests will be granted. Scholarships are intended to help cover part of the cost of registration only (Scholarships will not cover any extra fees such as late fees, spending money, etc.) Deadline for requests is before May 18th.

2026 Schedule

You can contact and call the office during the week for emergencies only. This week is for your students to not only have fun, but to grow in their relationship with Jesus without any distractions.

All medications MUST BE in the original labeled pill bottle/container. Place all medications in a large zip-lock bag with your student’s name on the outside. Emergency inhalers stay with camper. No over the counter medications of any kind may be sent with your camper.

Students will be in charge of their own money. They will need money for lunch on the way down and back. We stop at the Appleton Mall for both of these meals. They will not have time to shop in the mall stores. While at camp, there is a coffee shop in the morning, a snack shack in the evening hours following service, and a camp store. All of this is optional, but fun for the camper to enjoy.
